Grammy Award winning Nigerian artist, Wizkid, who recently bagged nine award nominations at the 15th headies edition, replicated that success at the Ghana Nigeria Music Awards Festival USA 2022.
Following the success of Wizkid's charting and record breaking song “Essence” which was off the album “MIL”, the deluxe version of the album landed the artist two Grammy nominations, the award nominations keep rolling in as he recently bagged nine awards nominations at the 15th Headies, making him the most nominated artist in Nigeria.
The Afrobeats icon received another nine nominations at the Ghana Nigeria Awards Music Festival USA 2022.
However, the award nominee list was disclosed on Thursday the 26 of May 2022.
Wizkid who’s ready to drop an album again this summer “More Love Less Ego” with his recent album still buzzing and winning awards after almost 2 years of its release.
