In Lagos, Commuters are stranded at bus stops, as fuel scarcity continues unabated. Correspondent Nnenna Okon reports that passengers could be seen waiting for  hours at Iyana Oworo but were unable to get transportation to their destinations.

Black marketers are making brisk business selling petrol at as high as N450 per litre within the metropolis.

We gathered that a trip from Iyana Oworo to Obalende/CMS was being charged at up to N1,000 this morning.
