Resident doctors have been on strike for 9 straight days now!
And they are willing to call off the industrial action, only if the Federal Government would meet certain conditions.
Part of which includes the payment of salaries, arrears of hazard allowances, and insurance benefits. They also want the domestication of the residency training act.
Dr. Uyilawa Okhuaihesuyi, who’s the National President of the Association of Resident Doctors lays these conditions on the discussion table with members of the National Assembly.
