More than 1.8 million Nigerians have now been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, six months since the country’s vaccination campaign began. Executive-Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr Faisal Shuaib, stated this yesterday, at the national briefing by the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19.

It is criminal to fraudulently acquire COVID-19 cards without actually receiving the vaccine, the same way buying and selling COVID-19 vaccines and cards, through racketeering, are criminal offences. The NPHCDA boss is warning people to desist from such acts.
