A cholera outbreak in Ebonyi state has left three people dead.
The deaths were recorded in Amachi-Igwebuike Village, Agba, in Ishielu Local Government Area of the state. Acting Commissioner for Health, Dr Richard Nnabu, confirmed the incident while briefing reporters in Abakaliki about the outbreak in the state.
Nnabu said the deaths recorded were due to the refusal of the victims to visit the hospital for treatment.
