Afrobeat artist Kizz Daniel has declared a hiatus from music recording to dedicate time to his family.

In a recent update on X, he disclosed that his family perceives he has been favoring the studio over personal relationships, stating his resolve to amend this situation.

"No further recording for me…. Just savoring life as it ought to be…. My family has scolded me for choosing the studio over them; I am altering this," he expressed.

With more than 600 unreleased tracks, Kizz Daniel conveyed that he believes it is time to retreat and relish quality moments with his loved ones.

"I possess over 600 songs I intend to release before I retire, so," he stated.

This resolution follows a fan's observation regarding his swift music output, which prompted Kizz Daniel to reveal his intention to release the songs before possibly stepping away from the music scene.

Kizz Daniel has just unveiled his "Lemon Chase EP" album, which showcases remarkable collaborations with prominent Nigerian artists and includes tracks such as "Black Girl Magic," "Titi" featuring Fola, and "Al-Jannah" with Bella Shmurda and ODUMODUBLVCK.
