Nigeria is first country on the continent to introduce digital currency
President Muhammadu Buhari has launched the country's new digital eNaira currency.
This happened as Africa's largest economy looks to tap into the growing popularity of virtual money.
At the launch, President Buhari noted that Nigeria has become the first country on the continent and one of the first in the world to introduce a digital currency to its citizens.
