Nigeria’s federal government is once again reiterating that petroleum subsidies will be removed come June next year.
Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, reiterated this yesterday during a press conference to mark the end of the 28th National Economic Summit in Abuja.
Ahmed says removal of fuel subsidy is part of the Federal Government’s medium-term plan in the budget noting that the challenge is how to go about removing it.
