The Independent Investigative Panel set up by the Federal Government to investigate allegations of corruption in the Nigeria Correctional Service in their treatment of Bobrisky has indicted some officials.
While the Panel did not find any evidence thus far that suggested that Bobriski slept outside the Custodial Centre during the 6months imprisonment, it discovered that Bobrisky enjoyed several privileges while in custody.
These include specially furnished single cells, lots of visitation by his family members and friends as he desired, selffeeding, designated inmate to run errands for him, access to fridge and television, and possibly access to his phone.
The panel also discovered that during this period, Bobrisky was transferred three times without appropriate documentation.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has accused Israel of deliberately demolishing an observation tower and perimeter fence of a UN position in the southern Lebanese town of Marwahin on the border with Israel.
The latest attack on a UN facility follows similar incidents in recent weeks.
UNIFIL called on Israel to stop breaching UN positions, which is considered “a flagrant violation of international law.”
Israel had recently claimed that the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah was attacking Israel from positions located in close proximity to posts of the UN peacekeeping forces in southern Lebanon – an accusation that Hezbollah denies.
