Newly discovered street talent T. I Blaze dropped one of the biggest songs in  2022 “Sometimes” although the initial song was not a hit, the remix in which he featured the YBNL boys "Olamide" became an instant street jam and a mainstream success, immediately gaining airplay from radio stations.

The young talent graced the Cool FM studio and he shared how he got Olamide on “Sometimes” remix and also his road to this newly found fame on the late morning show with Taymi B.

“Olamide said he listened to my song for straight six hours,” the artist shares how he got one of the biggest artists in Nigeria on his song.

It's no surprise the YBNL boss jumped on this kind of tune, the lyrics of the song is deeply rooted in the struggles of every youth in Nigeria and as the street king, he definitely could not resist the sound.

“Steady hustling life don tire me but I no fit quit hustle for mummy,” the lyrics of his hit jam “Sometimes,” tells a story of a young frustrated artist but to him, that was his life as at that time and he reveals this when Taymi B asked about his story.

The artist shares an inspiring story about leaving his parents to hustle on the streets of Lagos.

“I don't have anywhere to sleep, so I was hanging around,”  he explains how hard it was for him to get by and feed himself. The story certainly didn't stop there, as the artist also shares the kind of work he used to do “I was a maid.”

T.I Blaze seems to be enjoying the newly found fame and he's not letting it slide, as he drops a new EP titled “Fresh prince of Lagos,”  featuring some artists.
