The talented singer who’s on tour received a plaque from his A&R, Rema Tahini, in honor of this great achievement.

“This is for you, this belongs to you, you deserve it. I want to say thank you for your love, for your support. Thank you so much for believing in my ideas, my crazy sound. First when I came out a lot of people laughed at me, they said I was too different, my sound was Indian. And now look at this boy!” Rema Reacted.

Rema joins the list of artists to have amassed one billion streams in 2022, Asake’s “Mr. Money With The Vibes”, Burna Boy’s “Love, Damini” and other artists.
