Gatekeepers must have given consent for oil theft to occur...
A Petroleum Technical Expert, Obaro Ugadhe says that the actual number of barrels of crude oil stolen from Nigeria is under-reported.
Mr Ugadhe is of the view that oil theft cannot happen without the connivance of the gatekeepers.
He said this while speaking on Nigeria info’s “The Newsroom”.
According to him, the volume of oil allegedly taken away cannot be conveyed through such pipeline attachment.
