Court also reaffirmed Victor Oye is national chairman of APGA
Two courts have ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to list the names of Professor Chukwuma Soludo and Senator Ugochukwu Uba as candidates of their respective parties ahead of the November 6 governorship election.
The High Court judgment means Professor Soludo will be the candidate for the All Progressives Grand Alliance while Senator Uba will be the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The court also reaffirmed that Victor Oye is the national chairman of APGA and directed that Edozie Njoku and Jude Okeke should stop parading themselves as chairmen.
