In a statement by the President’s media aide, Femi Adesina, President Buhari said, Nigeria has witnessed massive flooding, encroaching desertification and drought.
He however expressed delight with the cooperation existing between and the Republic of Korea especially in energy supply, citing gas exports to the Asian country.
