Also, celebrated the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day

President Bola Tinubu is asking Nigerians not to be bothered about the way professionals are leaving the country in mass.

The president is assuring the citizens that the Federal Government in collaboration with sub-nationals will train more persons to fill the professional gap now conspicuous in health, tech and other sectors.

President Tinubu spoke in Owerri, the Imo State capital, during the second term inauguration of Governor Hope Uzodimma.

Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu, several state governors, top politicians and military officials on Monday, celebrated the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.

In Abuja, the Federal capital territory, the president performed the wreath-laying ceremony in a ceremony that had all services chiefs in attendance including heads of other security agencies.

The event, which was held at the National Arcade, Eagle Square was organised to commemorate Nigerians’ fallen heroes.

At the state levels, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Uba Sani of Kaduna and Godwin Obaseki of Edo laid wreaths in remembrance in honour of the fallen heroes.

Hamas has issued a new video purporting to show the bodies of two Israeli hostages.

The militants are claiming that the hostages died in air strikes on Gaza.

This comes a day after Hamas released another video of the hostages when they were alive, but warning they could die if Israel continued its bombardment.

Israel on the other hand has denied they were killed by strikes.

And lastly in sport, boxer, Anthony Joshua will face MMA fighter, Francis Ngannou in a heavyweight contest on March 8 in Saudi Arabia.

Joshua, had previously described a potential bout with Cameroon-born Ngannou as a "gimmick fight".

Ngannou, a former UFC champion only made his professional boxing debut in October.
