Jalige said the manhunt is aimed at rescuing the victims
A combined team of security operatives have launched a manhunt for the kidnappers of the Emir of Kajuru and 13 members of his family.
Spokesperson for the State Police, Mohammed Jalige, disclosed this shortly after the Emir was kidnapped in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Jalige said the manhunt is aimed at rescuing the victims and arresting the abductors.
This latest kidnapping in the state comes just six days after the abduction of 121 students of Bethel Baptist school in neighbouring Chikun Local Government Area.
