U.S.A officials say general Lagos is ready to present contemporary American film in Lagos Nigeria.

These findings made by these independent filmmakers,will help uncover stories for American youths to be able to overcome social, cultural,business and inner challenges.

The screening would be featuring virtual dialogues with the American filmmakers and films to be showcased are,'' keepers of game by judd Ehrlich,code girl by Leslie Chilcott, generation start up and i'm not racist...am i?''

''The American film showcase, is a rare opportunity for all Nigerian film enthusiast to watch great documentary films by Independent American producers and directors, and here from American and Nigerian industry experts,'' said Darcy Zotter, public affairs officer of the U.S consulate,he also said ''The films insightfully portray diverse culture in America,and they connect to common challenges for youth who yearn to achieve things in United States and Nigeria.''

The event which would be coming up on Friday,October 21 and Monday,October 24 is part of the 7th edition of the Eko International Film festival in Lagos.
